Stages

Unrest

Characterized by rumors and building tensions where problems are anticipated and there is a feeling of impending trouble

Disagreement

The parties begin seeking information and

Confrontation

Clearly stated differences emerge and there is

direct confrontation regarding those differences

Conflict
