In September 2004,
Joy Flores “Own-tah-mah”, Kiowa, was crowned Junior Miss Indian Lawton.
Joy is a member of the Kiowa Tribe.
She is the daughter of Pete & Carol Flores, Cache, Oklahoma and has

brothers, Chris, Martin Jr., and Robert. Joy has held several
prestigious titles
including Native American Marine Corp Organization Princess 2002-2003
and Miss Ft. Sill 1999. She is a
talented performer and dancer. Joy resigned in May 2005 to assume the
title of
Kiowa Princess. |
