I have condensed Griffith's translation down to 18 strategic concepts.  No one can defend until they know how to OFFEND.

1.
The best policy is to:

The objective cannot be to _.
It must be to own the agency, bureau, church, or business.
Ownership means control.
Ownership does not mean responsibility.

2.
Capture is preferred over Destruction

All hate groups focus upon this singular possibility:  You will join.

Constant defense against this endless recruitment is sapping the energy of businesses, churches, schools and individuals.

3.
Subdue without Fighting

Intimidation:  Fear, Force or Fraud
Isolation:  Separate from support
Financial Control:  Separate from funds
Agenda Control Separate from goal attendance
Outcome Control:  Deny desired goals

4.
Attack the Enemy's Strategy

IF you cannot take it intact.
IF you cannot capture but must destroy.
IF you cannot subdue without fighting......THEN..
Attack the Enemy's Strategy.

To attack the enemy's strategy, you must know it.

Two Tu Mu Tasks:
a. Resolve Difficulties before they arise
b.
Triumph Before threats arise

Listen to Li ch'uan:
"Attack plans at their inception."

There is no excuse for not having intelligence gathering.

Policies Provide Protection for Positions that Profile and Posture Personnel to Prevent HATE

Plan to Posture your Point for Preferential treatment!

You must practice the preachers plan:
PLOT the RELATIONSHIPS of the GROUP
Know WHO you are going up against that is outside the organization!

5.
Disrupt Alliances

Management has practiced this strategy for a long time!

Do not allow your enemies to get together.
The reverse is true, they will not want you to get together.

VERBAL WEDGES ARE MOUNTAINS ON THE TERRAIN
