OSHA
Act of 1970 Section 5(a) states the employer must address every recognized hazard; an employee or customer with a known history of violent behavior is a hazard.

Policy
1. Terminate employee relationship with the employer
2.
Prosecute every criminal
3.
Have a component of the employee evaluation with the act of threatening, abusing, violent contact in it
4.
Screen employees for violence tendency
5.
Train employees in Workplace Violence
